
Chicken & Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken fillet cut into strips
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp red masala
- 2 tbl lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbl peri-peri oil
- 2 cups of stir fry veggies
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp veggie spice
- 2 packets of egg noodles
- 3 tbl soya sauce / Worcestershire
- 2 tbl steers bbq sauce
- 4 tbl steers peri peri sauce
- 4 tbl of steers sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Marinate with:
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1tsp red masala
- 2 tbl lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbl peri-peri oil
- Leave marinated chicken in fridge for an hour
- Steam 2 cups of stir fry veggies (we used McCain - available at Shama) with:
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp veggie spice
- Boil 2 packets of egg noodles (available at Shama)
- Cook chicken with 2 tbl ghee
- Once chicken is cooked, add the following sauces:
- 3 tbl soya sauce / Worcestershire
- 2 tbl steers bbq sauce
- 4 tbl steers peri peri sauce
- 4 tbl of steers sweet chili sauce
- Allow to simmer with chicken for 3 minutes, thereafter add the egg noodles and mix
- Garnish with fresh, chopped dhania
