Chicken & Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chicken fillet cut into strips
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp red masala
  • 2 tbl lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbl peri-peri oil
  • 2 cups of stir fry veggies
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp veggie spice
  • 2 packets of egg noodles
  • 3 tbl soya sauce / Worcestershire
  • 2 tbl steers bbq sauce
  • 4 tbl steers peri peri sauce
  • 4 tbl of steers sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Marinate with:
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1tsp red masala
  • 2 tbl lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbl peri-peri oil
  • Leave marinated chicken in fridge for an hour
  • Steam 2 cups of stir fry veggies (we used McCain - available at Shama) with:
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp veggie spice
  • Boil 2 packets of egg noodles (available at Shama)
  • Cook chicken with 2 tbl ghee
  • Once chicken is cooked, add the following sauces:
  • 3 tbl soya sauce / Worcestershire
  • 2 tbl steers bbq sauce
  • 4 tbl steers peri peri sauce
  • 4 tbl of steers sweet chili sauce
  • Allow to simmer with chicken for 3 minutes, thereafter add the egg noodles and mix
  • Garnish with fresh, chopped dhania
