
Shakshouka Eggs
This is the perfect dish that is both delicious and SUPER EASY to make!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Chopped Onions
- 4 Grated Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Shaheen Kahmiri Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Shaheen Arad
- 1 Tsp Shaheen Dhana
- 1 Tsp Shaheen Fine Jeeru
Instructions
- - in a pan on medium heat, add 2 tbl of butter
- - add in chopped onions and allow to simmer until onions become soft and transparent
- - add in 4 grated tomatoes with 1tsp salt, 2 tsp of SHAHEEN KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 tsp of SHAHEEN ARAD, 1 tsp SHAHEEN DHANA and 1 tsp of SHAHEEN FINE JEERU. Let this simmer until it forms a chutney
- Once it starts to bubble, make holes in the chutney and crack eggs into the pan (as many as you’d like)
- - close the pan with a lid and let eggs steam until done
- - Garnish with fresh dhania and serve hot
